I have used this software for years. Unfortunately just recently (Dec. 2024) Windows did an update on my computer (Windows 11) and print preview is no longer applicable with this ap. Plus margins when printing off the cards are all off. Be careful when purchasing this program. Once it is bought, you can’t take return it.

I've been using Greeting Card Factory for years now. Love all their different types of card and the ability to customize the cards for individual purposes. Highly recommend this useful tool.

I have been making greeting cards, sign and so many other things - I LOVE this program. Never had a problem until today when I was transferring jpeg photos like I always so, but then it said, "Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation". It will not let me save anything or add anything. Help!

When I upgraded to Windows 10, I lost Greeting card factory deluxe 9.0.
I used it many times and I still have cards that I made on my computer with that program. What happened to it and how can I get it back?

I've had GCFD 8.0 for about 5 years now and loved it. But 2 days ago it disappeared from my computer and won't let me reload it. Seems like Nova erased it so that I'd have to buy the new Version 10. Makes me angry!

Hi there.

GCFD v9.0 has bugs!! Just purchased and updated. Win 7 64bit 4gb memory.

Graphics/Health and Medical/Fine Art folder is corrupt.
Bonus disk in use keeps crashing PC - also running only this program cpu usage is 92% at times.

Ran GCFD v7.0 successfully for 2 years without a hitch. Sending v9.0 back. Christine.

This software has a bug. The bonus DVD will not read in the program. I tried contacting NOVA, but they refused to help. I emailed, but have not received a response. NOVA claims to have free technical support, this is a lie. They will not support their product! I have removed it from my computer, and I will never purchase another program from NOVA.
