Unfortunately, I cannot provide a specific answer to your question regarding the settings for printing envelopes on a Canon MF644Cdw printer using the Greeting Card Factory Deluxe program. It is recommended to refer to the user manual of the printer or consult the software's support documentation for instructions on configuring envelope printing settings.
Unfortunately, if you have accidentally deleted a card in the Greeting Card Factory Deluxe program, there might not be a way to recover it unless you have a backup. It is recommended to check if there are any automatic backups or previous versions of the card available.

The version that you have is not compatible with Windows 7. According to various information, you can use the software only on Windows XP and Windows Vista. However, there is a version that is compatible with Windows 10, but you will have to buy it. Besides that, the latest version is listed as Greeting Card Factory Deluxe 10 and can be obtained through the link posted below.
Version 9 of this program will work only on the following Windows versions: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7. As you can see, 64bit version doesn't appear to be available, but as long as it works for 32bit, then there is a chance it will work only that you will have to run it in Compatibility mode. Right click the setup package if you have it and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose a previous version of Windows from the drop down list and then tick the Run as Administrator. Launch the application and continue with the installation.
When I use the label sheet for printing several labels in the screen that you print labels, it only shows one rectangular screen. I will use Avery sheets with 30 labels on it. I want to put all different addresses instead of 30 of same address. I don't know how to get it to show a page to print different labels. Please help, Thanks

Based on the information found on the developer's website, the software is compatible with the following Windows versions: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7. There is nowhere mentioned about the 64bit version support.
The first thing to try is Compatibility. Right click the installation package and select Troubleshoot Compatibility, then follow the recommended settings.
Secondly, contact the developers because it's possible you'll need an upgrade to make the software compatible with the 64bit versions of Windows.
Where did my Greeting Card Deluxe 9.0 go after I upgraded to Windows 10? I would like to have it back, as I used it all the time, and made many cards with that version.

The reason why the software doesn't appear again in Windows 10 is because of compatibility issues. Most likely, the Greeting Card Deluxe applications were not compatible with Windows 10, and because of that, the OS didn't include it in the new installation. However, if you graded, the old files and folders are found in C:\Windows.OLD
Users who upgraded to Windows 10, are allowed to go back to the old OS for a month only, then Windows deletes the recovery files automatically.

This might be a problem with your printer instead of the software. I recommend starting the maintenance toolbox for the printer you have and perform diagnostic tests. This way you can easily see if there is an error with the way it prints or not.
I have managed to install a version of this software, but there was no error related to the line you are speaking of, which means it's a hardware problem with your printer. From the Maintenance section, try performing Cleaning, Color Test, Alignment, and then Test Print.
